My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room had amazing views of the mountains, a big comfortable bathroom, a lovely garden, and a balcony. The service was top-notch, and the location near Como lake was ideal. The included seafood dining was a great touch. The facilities were impressive, but there were some noise issues and the Wi-Fi had to be paid for separately.
